A GSD was lost during a transport handover at the Hilton Park Services on
the M6 yesterday. He is a long haired, 4 yr old Black and Tan male. He has
got a red collar on but no lead. His name is King and is nervous but NOT
    aggressive.

Sighted lunchtime at Hilton park services in nearby field. nervous but not aggressive.

King has stated straying onto the motorway today and it has been decided to do a mass search tomorrow, we didnt want to flood the area because he was running from everyone but it is getting to dangerous for King to let it continue so if anyone is available tomorrow it would be most appreciated if anyone could come along and help, the area everyone will meet is WV11 2BQ, hilton park between 9:30 and 10 am, Please can everyone who can make it tomorrow keep an eye on this thread and check it again tomorrow before they set off just in case with any luck he is caught before then.

all I know is he keeps running up a big hill there, but workmen are there today so he is totally confused and to boot aparently there is a clay pigeon shoot there tomorrow so lets just keep everything crossed that this poor chap is found today and very soon

JANE..just been on the phone to Jann..police have rung her to say he was run over on the motorway they are on their way to the services with King now. Run free over Rainbow bridge xxx

Please everyone do not lay the blame anywhere as we have seen this happen too many times before..dogs do get frightened in new enviroments and do run off.

Jan would like to thank everyone for their dedication and help...so keep up the good work GS rescue.
