One of the older ladies who I pick bits up for when we go shopping has just presented me with a baby parcel

I was gobsmacked the time and effort that has gone into creating this I was lost for words




and this is a baby cake

Its made up of nappies, sponges, babygrows, vests, cuddly toys and flannels

I've rotated those photos on photobucket again and it still aint done it

Heard of baby showers but never baby cake and I love it I think its a lovely idea

its shame to break it all up

I've hardly had to buy any toiletries for this baby at all between this parcel and the last one that we were given by a different neighbour I've been stocked up

As for nappies I've been buying em when they've been on offer but you can never have too many with a newborn around but it is a shame to break it down when it must have taken so long to put together

I've taken plenty of piccies tho
