also the dda states any dog that looks like a fighting dog so that can be a staffy cross which most of these dogs are that are pts what ppl dont relise is the pitt bull was actually a british breed the APBT broke off as the show type and then we made the SBT also the showy type and the pitt was banned but staffys are pitts the pitt has influenced many breed even malinois have it in them!!

One of those poor dogs reminded me so much of Maggie, I dont know how people can make dogs behave like this, it sickens me.

I know what you mean about the Liverpool dogs Faz, we had Woody then, an SBT cross (apparently, we dont know, he was a rescue) and people thought he was a pit. I was petrified of him being "seized" just because he looked lik he did.

Im watching Animal Cops Detroit atm and they are breaking up a pitbull fight It is such a shame when they bring the dogs out Alot of them are really friendly but you know they will be pts The one they are bringing in is all chewed up because they had taped his mouth up so he couldnt fight back What kind of sick people can do this and find it amusing :mad: Id love to put the scum who fight them in the ring with them naked with pieces of beef attached to their bits and let the dogs go Then watch the fun :Angry: oops must be hormonal today im feeling particularlly violent :san22:

Awwww this is a subject that really, really gets to me. I find it staggering that the "people who run this country (and others)" are so narrowminded that they allow BSL. I just dont get it.

awww the taping of the dogs mouth is done as they use that dog as a bait dog to work their other dogs on so the other dog wont be bale to fight back but they can strengthen their dogs up for fights with out harm to them :Angry:

i agree guys i was walking dillan up town and ppl were grabbing their kids out of the way ect and one woman picked her lil dog up and kid and tutted and stared at me that was it i flipped dillan was walking to heel and not even looking at them
