its started raining here ... it was booooooootiful yesterday .... im catching up on all the jobs i neglected while the OH was at home ....i.e the washing ....

the dogs are all chilling in the lounge ... tias watching tv .... im on then pc *obviously* and all is good!

tias off to her friends this afternoon ...leaving me with a few hours peace to possibly walk the pooches ... OR ... hoover the upstairs

I've been at the midwife's yesterday. Blood pressure is improved baby sounds happy and healthy with plenty of movements. Although she did apologise profusely because the bottle which she tried to draw my blood into had a hole in it and meant that a minute amount of air entered my vein got an lovely bruise on my arm now

Ive been at work trying to get sorted before Saturday......did I mention I was going on holiday for 2 weeks!!!



Im sick of the sight of tenancy agreements!! Ive got so much to do and so little time to get sorted!!!

ive been busy with overtime and just had the wedding as well.

seriously my first free weekend is the first wkend in October this Friday out with my mate Lisa prob go to see a show as its the last wk of the Edinburgh festival and drinks till eh 5am when pubs shut...lol Saturday got a soul night then housework Sunday back to work Monday and it all starts again.....

No......because i work at the PDSA full time now started about 2 weeks ago

been rattling tins under peoples noses and am going to the Mathew street festival in Liverpool tomorrow to listen to music ant participat in wine, lots of it

They had a student veterinary care assistant job come up, it isnt much more than what i did when volunteering. The extra things are like being in the dispensary and giving out the meds, taking payments for contributions, and flea/worming treatments, holding more animals for bloods/tests/pts, setting up drips, sterilizing drapes and gowns for surgery and tools and making up basic surgery kit for ops, also monitoring animals under anesthetic, packaging up bloods/lumps and bumps for the post, doing the urine tests and so on.
Have been in the dispensary all week so have learnt have to spin bloods ready to post, also learnt how to do urine tests on samples for the vet, selling flea and worming treatment and making up clients meds.



Its a 6 month temp position at the moment because one of their vcas has gone off to study at college as a veterinary nurse, but they are confident that it will become a permanent position
