If anyone hears of anyone being offered a Pug puppy please let the Wirral RSPCA know urgently. 2 were violently stolen in the Beechwood area and are only 2 weeks old. They will need specialist care/hand rearing and the risk of them dying is quite high - they need to be with their mum. There is a reward on offer. Please let us know if you hear anything at all. The police have been informed
