just recieved this email from naomi who owns 2 of mine luka and kara , i'm so proud of them ,
Just about to put it on Facebook but wanted to let you know first - Luka came first in the Kennel Club Good Citz Special Prebeginners class yesterday, so we have a place at the Discover Dogs class in November.
It was a big class and yet he only lost three quarters in total and the judge just said one word to me -'stunning', he had loads of fuss made of him. One lady told me she wasn't a fan of GSDs or any breed in particular but he was the most beautiful dog she had ever seen. Luka just looked like that was to be expected!!
Anyway, have a look on Obedience UK under Petersfield out and about and there is a group shot there.
I'm so very proud of my very special boy for working a blinder - though a bit scared of driving to Earls Court - let alone competing there - just hope I don't let him down!! I'm rewarding him with a camping trip to Only Paws and Horses in Kent this weekend. It'll be Kara's first time away in the Van - I wonder if I'll get any sleep with all their playing. Am still wondering about Ash - at 11years old I wonder if she'll be more settled at home - especially if it's hot out - will see how she feels nearer the weekend
