    to me

    Hi Karen

Please can you circulate to as many people as possible:

    http://www.germanshepherdrescue.co.uk/rspca-failing-in-their-duties2.html

    This is appalling

    Jayne
    German Shepherd Rescue

RSPCA - fail to help these 2 german shepherds

    The
case of 2 german shepherds being treated cruelly was frst reported to
the RSPCA in June 2008. The weather was much better then.

What can you do: Ring RSPCA: 0300 1234 999 and COMPLAIN. Do not let them get away with this. Email: response@rspca.org.uk reference number 1213916869

    The
two dogs in question are Bruno and Lulu. They both belong to the same
scumbag. He alternates them between the allotment and his house. Thney
    never seem to be together.
Lulu and Bruno are in Harcourt Road, South Bank, Middlesbrough
Here is correspondence between the person reporting the case and the Chief Executive from the RSPCA Mr Mark Watts:

    RSPCA-Letter-3rd-July-2008
    RSPCA-2008-Page-1
    RSPCA-2008-Page-2

12th February 2009 and we have just seen one of the worst winters for many years

The RSPCA seem to think this is acceptable treatment for a dog

    Lulu's winter home!!

Would you treat a dog like this? The RSPCA think it's OK.

No she is not dying she just wishes she were.

Don't forget now that the RSPCA have known about Lulu since June last year.

    What is the RSPCA's response:
This has been copied from their complaints system - RSPCA response
Where is Bruno - we don't know but we are trying to get photos.
What can you do: Ring RSPCA: 0300 1234 999 and COMPLAIN. Email: response@rspca.org.uk reference number 1213916869

    Bruno in the summer months

This was Lulu's summer home - note the chain
