Sorry guys but i feel so bad I must be doing something wrong Storm is constipated again and is really struggling been a couple of days I have given her lots of bran the last couple days etc.... I must be missing something in her diet if she doesnt start to move tomorrow i'm going to have to take her to the vets. She is eating and drinking as normal and seems happy not lying lathargic or anything like that.....she seems happy enough in her self....

Try putting olive oil in her food Lorz.

Jans right also cod liver oil. or a dose of syrup of figs

oily fish in diet will help (sardines in sunflower oil) for one

I found freds poo was always dry and he struggled when he was on raw! He's on green tripe and complete now, his poo is loads better

He also has oil of evening primrose oil in his dinner every night

What diet is she on? is it RAW? or another?

on RAW dont give her a lot of bones as she struggles with them as well, dont know if i am going to have to change her diet or not feel so sorry for her. My poor girl....

aww i hope storm is feeling better soon

went with my gutt instincts and took storm to the vets tonight to get her checked and i have to take her back in tomorrow morning for tests, samples and x-ray they might be keeping her over night they say they can feel that she hasnt been to the toilet but when the vet examined her she said Storm didnt feel right and they think that there is another problem not constipated. So they are going to check for polyps and growths amongst another couple of things. When she was examining storm she couldnt feel what she was supposed to she said that there was a soft tissue stopping her and she needs to find out what that is she thinks this is blocking her passage so storm just cant squeeze out past this sorry if i'm waffling just worried.

Thats me just in work dropped her off this morning felt so bad as when i left her in the room she was pulling trying to get out and follow me and Marc I couldnt even look back then i heard her crying, she was bleeding this morning as well.... I know she is in the best place i should hear from the vets about 1pm if not heard by then i have to phone in. Hate when they arent well will be a very long long morning.

with her being on a raw diet they have to be extra careful in case shes got a bone stuck or something.... so my vets say anyway .... when fred was on raw, and he had problems with his bottom, they always had him in extra quick especially when he was bleeding ...
