| my fish tank has been without light for months now.... and ive not been able to appreciate the tank and all my fish at its best  but today weve mananged to get a new lighting system installed  and i never realised just how filthy the tank had got....i had been cleaning it out and changing the filters still, but without light it was hard to see how clean it was....  ... some of my fish are HUGE  and without light my lovely white molly was slowly changing colour, she was turning black and so were the two orange molllys .... hopefully my lovely rainbow fish will get their rainbow back, now there is light  Karen... before you say owt......   _________________   ~The dog is a gentleman! | I used to love my fish tank in my old house. I have nowhere for one here, nor the time when it would need cleaning out!
I just have to make do with me fish in the pond though they wont make an appearance til warmer weather! _________________  |

| i bet theyre all at the bottom hiding arent they jude .... i love my fish tank... the last option was to get rid of it if we couldnt sort the lighting out.... it would have been a shame as the fish are lovely now  .... _________________ ~The dog is a gentleman! | Was round at my dads yesterday cleaning his fish tank for him his is cold water fish and one of his goldfish is HUGE he was asking can he put other fish in told him no the fish in the tank would kill them..... I think when we loose all these fish will go back and do tropical again... |

| My big fish tank is going to find another home  no room for it since the house as been done but will prob get my little one down from the attic though as I do enjoy them |

| i was tempted to get rid of ours ... ....but now weve got light i shall keep it lol .... just need to get new filter pads now..... the floaty bits arent shifting despite half a tank change and the filters cleaned  _________________ ~The dog is a gentleman! I hope to go to his heaven, not man's~ |
