I asked Debbie where the warden takes dogs found in your area. she said "Leigh cat and dogs home".
but have since heard that the warden took her straight to a foster home

that is so f***ing awful, we had a dog tied up in Derby at the pdsa charity shop, he only had 3 legs and been left all night through sub-zero temps as well, he was lucky too be found alive...why do these people do this??? makes my ruddy blood boil amongst oother things...i think they should make it compulsory that ALL dogs and cats be chipped and if not you get fined....oooo i am riled now

I saw that in the news too Maz. I would do the same to them and chop their legs off too if I could.
