Its now that time of year that marley hates and he senses the dreaded fireworks. he becoming practically agraphobic and we are literally having to drag him from the house to go out to do his business. Ed had to drag him out for his tea time walk got him literally yards from the house and he started to pull to come back home Ed couldnt get him any further. We have tried all pills and potions apart from sedation which we cant do for the next 3 weeks!!! he is sitting here now constantly listening and trying to hide. Its so upsetting to see him like this. _________________

I feel for you Jude. Molly is scared of fireworks. i give her Stay Calm Syrup and bring her in to the front room with the tv on loud. we ignore her and let her settle where she feels happy.

we have the cd and he's even terrified of that, he hates thunder and lightening as well bless him. We dont make a big deal of it when he's stressing as i know this can make him worse. Kala hasnt really bothered Sue up to now touch wood but she picks up on Marleys distress, I have never known a dog hate going out as much as Marley ( unless its in the car to the beach!!) show Kala her lead and she is like an animal possessed she's so happy, marley on the other hand sees his lead and goes and hides under the table! _________________

My two are going to Zeps for residential training while we are on holiday in 3 weeks so these collars may calm them while theyre in there I suppose it must be stressful for them being kenneled at night
