Guess what


I rally cannot believe this

I had a clear out of my old gold about 2 months ago when it was on tv about gold prices being so high

I put my old unwanted gold in a SMALL box that I had, that earrings or something came in yrs ago

We kept forgetting to take it in to be see what it was worth

Gaz has just been to town to get some stuff for the dogs and chooks and came back and told me he actually remembered the little box of gold in the glove box of the car, he went in one place they offered him FIVE HUNDRED quid for it, he said 'is that the best you can do?' the bloke said I can make it £525 so Gaz said 'Do you mind if I take it over the road to see what they offer'

So Gaz went to the other place they said £450, Gaz told them they were no where near, so he said OK £550

I really cannot believe that it could be worth that much


Gaz has just gone back as he needed ID on him to get the money


So girls, you all have some old stuff laying around, take it in and see what they offer then do what Gaz did and try and get a few more quid, you may be as shocked as us I swear I thought we would perhaps get £40 it was only in a little box


It's mainly going straight in the bank but will hold some back to get my prickly plants soon

Girls you gotta have a look at what bits you have laying around. Some of mine was just the backs of earrings and broken sleepers etc
