| ‘The dog had been traumatised by her experience and had numerous fresh wounds on the front of her body, head and neck, none of which were consistent with struggling to get out of the water. It was clear from the outset that we were dealing with an appalling example of animal cruelty made worse, as we later found out, that the dog had very recently given birth to a litter of puppies whose fate is unknown. | every time i read a story like this i always wonder .... why? .. how can anyone be so cruel!!! as has been said before.... the punishment should be severer, a bigger deterrant is needed than what we already have, cos its clearly not working _________________  ~The dog is a gentleman! |  Its so sad it always makes me think how much goes on out there and who is suffering. Like Bren said thank god she was found. Someone will give her a good life now. Poor pups. |
