PostSubject: FRONTLINE   Tue Aug 03, 2010 7:55 pm

I am currently minding my mums 2 dogs.
On Friday I noticed a few fleas on the little sheltie, around his face.
It was not an infestion just an odd few, I immnediately treated him and my mums other dog with Frontline (not the combi one, does anyone know the difference?)

the day after I went and bought enought Frontline for my lot and treated them all. I have not seen any fleas on any other of the 6 dogs.

I am still finding an odd flea on the little sheltie, 4 days after first treating him....

what should I do? should I treat him again. I hate the bloody things

Sometimes takes a day or two so I would wait like Shelley says. Don't have a problem with the dogs. It's my bloody cats who always seem to bring them into the house.

eugh! i had to do that when i first moved in 10 years ago, the house had been empty for so long then the heating was put on and BOOM.... the house was riddled with fleas, the previous tenant had lots of cats!!! it was disgusting, i had to get flea bombs and do the whole house, i didnt dare call anyone out, i was too embarrassed lol..... it took ages to clear the house of them and in that time poor boss suffered, he had never had fleas before.... he developed some sort of reaction and went bald above his tail :2431:

You'll have to remember to treat the house too, amazing how many forget to spray the house
Combo treats lice too, think thats the only difference
