PostSubject: Scared puppy dog dropped in pot of stew   Thu Jul 29, 2010 2:47 pm

A couple have been banned from keeping animals for five years after
their puppy was dropped into a pan of scalding stew and not taken to the
    vets for 11 days.

The 10-week-old terrier cross suffered agonising first and second degree
burns when their son accidentally dropped her into the pot on the
    kitchen stove.

Instead of taking the pup to the vets straight away, Gary Adams, 29, and Laura MacDonald, 26, put nappy rash cream on her burns.

A visitor urged the pair to get the dog treated, and when a vet finally
examined her burns 11 days later - some of which had become infected -
    the RSPCA was called in.

    stupid stupid people

at least the poor dog has a decent home now, if my child dropped a dog in a pot of stew it would get a thrashing

it beggars belief, whatever next 1angry
