    It was terrible those poor animals....there will be some really good staff their but this minority have tarnished the whole place, bastards i would kick hell out of anyone if my pets were handled like that!!!!!

    i watched it and found it very upsetting how those poor animals were treated , and that bastard that smacked the poor dog that had his leg amputated need his head smacking twice as hard , i was shouting at the telly mainly saying YOU BASTARD ,

    what was even worse was that the bastard that hit the dog got promoted .
    it was very upsetting and i was gobsmaked that this should happen in a vets practise
