PostSubject: daisy and fred trial   Thu Jul 22, 2010 4:43 pm

nicole and i went out for lunch today, instead of putting daisy in her crate and shutting fred in the kitchen, we left fred in the living room, this is no problem, he just lies on the sofa and goes to sleep...

but daisy we decided to leave in the kitchen with her crate open, i left her plenty of treats scattered about, and kongs filled with paste...

we were gone for two hours... we got back home and fred was where we left him lol and little daisy had been as good as gold and was sat behind the stairgate in the kitchen wagging her tail bless her

sooooo when we went to pick tia up from school, we left daisy in the kitchen and fred in the living room, we would only be gone about 20mins... when we got back....

    .....

they were both in the living room ...daisy must have jumped the stairgate

so tomorrows trial is daisy behind closed doors in the kitchen ... see how she copes with that

how did she manage to jump the gate

I used to have to juggle them in different rooms when we went out but now I can leave them all in the kitchen with or without the back door open so they can go in and out of the garden
