Dont have them done annually. My vet told me there was no need but that it was an excellent money spinner!!!!

Had puppy jabs but no booster he's never been in kennels and has never had a serious illness. He'll be 13 in November

no i use to but not now , just have 1st one done year after puppy ones

get all mine done yearly,especially being in contact with so many dogs,n used2 work as vet nurse,its terrible dealing with dogs with parvo etc,,

I do puppy jabs and 12 months booster then every 2 years while they are in my breeding program, just cause i have puppies about i think better safe than sorry thats all.... but i do agree it is a scam to get more money from people.... We dont get boosters every year...... cant be good for your immune system.....

As a general rule we do not booster our dogs for various reasons.

We do however, booster our bitches before they mated to give extra protection to the puppies.

i would feel terrible if one of them caught parvo ... and we sometimes use kennels

Yeah my 3 get them yearly as well have thought about not getting it done but same would feel terrible if they caught parvo, I never have used Kennels with this 3 or my last gsd so thats not an issue but would be interesting to find out if it is all a kon to make money for the vets.

my last dog had his first ones done then never anymore, he lived until he was 14 and never got ill until the last week of his life!!!...

but now ive started having freds done, i darent stop incase he catches something

yeah same here have never used kenells so thats not an issue, didnt have a yearly vac for Tara for her last 8 years or not far from that and she was 14 when i lost her. I agree dont know if i could stop with this 3 now though would always worry about it.......its a hard one....
