| Weather is lovely here. Just off to walk the dogs, then Chloe's competing this afternoon. Her first dressage competition with Pip!! :2431: Could be fun. We're off to Eland Lodge EC where my friend is the entries secretary. She had a phone call yesterday from a guy wanting to enter his Andalusian stallion! He wanted to go at the end of the class or the beginning because at his last comp two people had complained about the horse. Apparently it was being a bit stallion like (namely, screaming its head off and showing everybody what he was made of!! :2431: ) But that was about it, not like it was trying to mount other people's horses which I have seen happen and it's no joke, believe me! So even though he was about a week late entering my friend felt sorry for him and took his entry. Could be interesting as he will be warming up at the same time as Chloe & Isla.  |

| Good day. We got a 1st and a 3rd so Chloe was well pleased with him.
The weather was glorious too. Sunny all day and even the stallion behaved himself.
Cross country schooling tomorrow and then next Sunday their first event together.
Will take Nico with me tomorrow so he can have a good run round with Isla's Labrador. He'll no doubt have a fine time in the water jump too! :2431: |
