It's all a great shame, as this was an avoidable happening, IMO the owners are the 1s who are responcible for everyones safty, no dog should have acess to an area that isn't secure, and of approiat(sp) hight unsupervised, dogs can be very unpredictable, Maby i'm just concirned about the safty of my dogs that make me over awere of all the possibilities that could happen, but not every one is the same

exactly helan who in there right mind has a dog loose in a yard it can get out of or lean over bloody stupid i think sometimes maybe we are a lil OTT with our pack but it means we have had no accidents and my pack is safe because of it and are the gen public
