| Went to Kalas training this morning to be told that they were running the dogs through the gold test as the class are doing their gold test at 9am next Sunday. I said to Georgie that as it was only Kala's second gold class was it worth taking her. Georgie said that I should take Kala for the experience and to see how she went with the run through. I have to say Kala was superb apart from the 30 seconds out of sight when two dogs ran past her and she stood up. Georgie said apart from that she would have sailed through her gold as her off lead heelwork, send away and emergency stop were excellent. I'm going with her next week for the experience but not expecting her to pass she's only 9 months and has done brilliantly to get where she is.  _________________  |

| I have been practicing with her this afternoon I have put her out on the decking and eds been timing 2 minutes and I have then gone into the kitchen out of sight, first time she got distracted by Marley, second time she got distracted and started to chase the Dove in the garden third time lucky she did it!! will try her every night and you never know she might do it next Sunday but if she doesnt theres no harm I would want to carry on taking her to classes anyway. _________________ |
