    Join the yahoo Barf group it won't cost you anything and you can get all the info you need, that's what I did when I went on Raw

    Hi,

    I'm on the brit-barf list, there is also brit barf health too, they are great places to learn. You could try e-bay for some second hand books, or amazon may be competitive so worth checking there.
