Freezing winds from the Continent were expected to bring a fresh blast of snow to Britain this morning, causing chaos for rush hour commuters. Parts of central and southern England could see an inch of snow today, while up to four inches is expected in South Wales, the Met Office said. Even the capital could see a flurry, said forecasters.And while the wintry weather is expected to move away by this evening, a new weather front will bring wind, heavy rain and sleet over the hills again by tomorrow morning.
