| Well,Shadow was to have his stitches removed yesterday but his toe hasnt healed as expected so he has them in for another week. Well,whats left of them anyway.The bugger has been licking and chewing at his toe and has pulled most of the stitches out himself.  Vet didnt want to restitch the toe so has given him more antibiotics and hopefully it will heal.I've tried everything to keep him from getting at it he wont keep a sock on,he gets stressed if i muzzle him.  In the meantime he has a gaping hole that i pray will heal soon.  _________________  |

| Noooo, I hope it heals quickly Jan, not easy to keep them off the wound is it  it's natuaral for them to lick etc but it's not always for the best, Misty wouldn't keep her sock on either  but thankfully it all healed without any problems. Keeping everything crossed that all goes well now Jan |

| Shadow has finally had his stitches removed.  Its gonna take a few weeks yet to heal but its looking better. He's now on his third course of antibiotics but finally its improving.  _________________ |
