    i know you've all probably heard about the arrest of the uncle of John Paul Massey and being charged with 'suspicion of manslaughter' but i have 1 question;

    If he's been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter, is it because the
    dog is deemed to be
    illegal, what if a legal breed had done the same
    thing, would the charges be the same or would there be another charge
    available.

    PostSubject: Re: I have a question to ask   Fri Dec 04, 2009 5:55 pm

    Well it's the way this country conducts itself that irritates me

    From the banking directors, MP's expenses, etc etc

    They get everything arse backwards dogs have been PTS for resembling a pitbull and have been beautiful pets that no one has complained about, as are many pitbulls, apparently people already complained about this lad and the dog, no one goes to check it out until a kiddy is killed.

    To me it is not the breed but the individual owners and the individual dogs.

    If this had been another breed I think it would come down to the way the persons persona was in all probability, but I don't know. There have been other dogs that have killed children and the owners not prosecuted, so I presume they had not had the complaints.

    Dunno really.

    i agree hun.... this country has it all wrong..... the owners should be suitably punished, the punishment we have in the current system doesnt fit the crime... killing the dog isnt the way to go... the owner will only go and get another dog and probably turn that dog into a killing machine and so on and so on.....its a viscious circle ... created by humans....
