    good question..... I would personally say Yes as long as they are responsible. Most homeless people dogs seem very content with their owners and come across obedient too.

    WOW.... great question.. I would say yes as well. The folks i have seen on the streets with dog, the dogs are better behaved than my lot. I would worry about feeding and worming etc...

    'some' homeless people choose to be homeless
    but dogs cant choose.
