| How does your dog react to fireworks? What do use do/use to help calm your dog? With Viva she isnt scared of the fireworks, she just constently barks and growls at them, she does get worked up when lots are going off. My mum has brought her dogs some calming tablets from Pets at home, i think they are called serene-um. Has anyone used them before and are they any good? I was thinking of getting Viva some for over the weekend so she doesnt get as worked up. |

| They didnt do anything for Marley Steffie, nor do DAPs or the new expensive tablets, he was a wreck last night bless him he refused to go out of the house and hadnt a wee from 11am to 10.30pm when we literally had to drag him out ( he wont do anything in the garden)
I'm dreading tonight though my last resort is the bach flower remedy that I have bought off the internet I'll give him some of that to try and keep him calm.
Hope Viva is ok  _________________ |

| Sam & Tess dont seem to mind the fireworks. However, Molly has been under the computer table or in a corner out of the way. I ignore the way she reacts but just turn up the radio or tv depending which room she is in....although it doesnt help when firework noises are on the tv |

| I did end up getting the serene um tablets yesterday. I gave Viva 2 as said on the packet last night and i didnt hear a peep out of her all night. She did have a lil bark but then just went back to sleep, they defo worked for her, altho there was not many fireworks going off and the ones that did were in the distance, she was alot calmer in herself than usual, she didnt even get excited about going out for a wee like she usually does. She's had 2 again this morning as its says to give them to the dog 2-3 days prior if possible and i will give her 2 again tonight as theres more than likely going to be more going off tonight than yesterday. |

| With these things, what works for one doesn't work for another, you gotta do what works for your dog I wish they worked on mine though |
