Kerry Katona swaps dog - the worst of pet ownership
"Celeb" Kerry Katona has decided to replace a brown King Charles
spaniel puppy she received as birthday present because she didn´t
like its colour.
The Daily Mail reported that "reality star"
was given a brown puppy by husband Mark Croft for her 29th birthday
earlier this month, but she has now decided to trade it in.
She
has swapped the little spaniel for a black and white version of the
same breed, which was seen running around outside her home in Wilmslow,
Cheshire.
Apparently Kerry is prone to getting bored with her
animals, as viewers of her MTV reality show will know all too well.
During one episode of ´What´s The Problem?´ she sent
her bulldog packing after she became sick of it messing on her carpet.
It
was bundled into a van and taken away only to be replaced by a fully
grown German Shepherd called Kai to help protect her home. The
£3,000 animal was described by Croft as a ´killer
dog´, but the couple had no qualms having it around her three
young children. But just last month Kai went missing after it escaped
under a fence at their property. The mirco-chipped dog was eventually
returned after being found wandering the streets by a local authority
worker.
I think the brown puppy has had a lucky escape.
Hopefully it will find a loving home with an owner who is not as
selfish and irresponsible, and who doesn´t regard pets as
disposable objects. It is the new black and white spaniel that I am
worried about.
