    Today is a special day for anti BSL campaigners within England, Scotland and Wales as 12 years ago our government did something amazing.     And now they have added more rules which will serve to penalise the owners who want to do the "right thing" when they have a dog that is not a banned breed but looks similar and at the same time, let the status dog owners off without even a slap on the wrist as long as they agree to sign over the dog as dangerous and it be pts....
