| Today is a special day for anti BSL campaigners within England, Scotland and Wales as 12 years ago our government did something amazing. | And now they have added more rules which will serve to penalise the owners who want to do the "right thing" when they have a dog that is not a banned breed but looks similar and at the same time, let the status dog owners off without even a slap on the wrist as long as they agree to sign over the dog as dangerous and it be pts.... |
