    Liver Cake

    1lb raw liver
    1lb Granary flour
    3 eggs
    4 cloves garlic
    touch oil
    1/2 cup Milk

Liquidise Liver with Eggs Milk garlic and a little oil in a blender
    Add to flour and mix
Put the mixture into a microwave dish/cake tin and cook in the microwave on full power for approx 10 mins
When the cake has cooled cut it into bite size pieces and Freeze
Take out of freezer and defrost ready for use as and when required

    Liver Treats

    1lb Raw liver
    2 Cloves of Garlic

Bring to the boil in a little water
Simmer for approx 5 mins til cooked through
Drain on Kitchen paper and cut into small pieces
spread on a baking tray and bake at 150 degs C for approx 30 mins
Turn off the oven and leave to cool

PS It SMELLS AWFUL!!!!! It does not keep very well so freeze into small parcels for future use
