Only with the lead...or sometimes I tie her to the dog gate....but even when she is tied to the dog gate...she will try to run to the door...but can't go anywhere. I will try what you have said...and try to claim the space...and get my nephew to help me practice...thanks so much for your suggestions. :ces: |

| We always know when the postman is on his way down the street because it sets off a chain reaction of dogs barking The dog a few doors down barks then the collie across the road then Keira two minutes later the postman arrives We have a wire basket that catches the post or we wouldnt have any post :2431: Our postman listens to music while he is delivering the post so he never hears the commotion :san22: Keira barks and growls but if i let anyone in she would lick them to death |

| no worries hun see we dont have issues with our pack barking which you would find odd considering wat two of them do for a living :2445:
but it also because they are stable happy dogs if some one knocks or makes a lot of noise they bark but we have a vestibule door so wen they are young shut that to teach them they cant cross that space unless told to do so but my working shepherd smashed through the glass one day wen she thought i was being attacked *by a mate* :2431: and then did it again wen it was fixed so we no longer have one :san42:
so using the lead is a good idea hun as lil dogs are quick lol its just teaching her you control the situation she is just being a control freak *bit like me* lmao
gud luck any help you need just shout we are here to help  |
